this is very frustrating. that lock feature is not available in corel 2021 ultimate, how do i get clips further up the timeline to not drop back when i delete a clip behind it. this should be a very basic function to lock clips in place.

VERY BAD PROGRAM. I BOUGHT THE VIDEO ULTIMATE 2023 AND WAS WORKING GOOD FOR THE FIRST DAY... AFTER THAT THE VIDEO STUCK ON SECOND 3 AND THERES NO WAY TO CONTINUE. I SPEND $150 THINKING WILL BE THE SAME QUALITY AS COREL GRAPHICS BUT NOT. ALREADY SEND THE PROBLEM TO THEIR HELP SUPPORT AND THEY ONLY GIVE ME A TICKET . THEY WANT TO KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT I HAVE IN MY COMPUTER. WHEN THE REAL PROBLEM IS THEIR PROGRAM. I INSTALL THE PROGRAM ON BETTER SYSTEM WITH WINDOWS 11 AND GUESS WHAT SAME PROBLEM, I THOGHT WAS MY OLD SYSTEM THAT DONT SUPPORT THE NEW PROGRAMAS BUT WAS THE SAME PROBLEM.

I tried using VideoStudio and Pinnacle Studio, I can edit unicode text exactly in Pinnacle but I cann't edit unicode font in Video Studio.

at 1:30 you pick frame that is shown vertically but is horizontal in the pick box. My frame shows up horizontally and my image is clipped on the sides still. How did you manage to get the frame rotated 90 degrees?

I use this software from when it was called ULEAD Studio, its pretty good and easy. Sorry but Visdeostudio tracker is trash, you cantselect more then 4 points, tlalways lose the track, you cant track out of view objects. Its just bad

It seems that Corel has neglected this software and is prioritizing profit over addressing its issues. This approach could potentially alienate the loyal customer base that has supported the software for the past 5 years. With greater attention and care, this software had the potential to be exceptional.

I'm still bumbling around using VSP 2019 (not sure why) and today I just spent 4 hours creating a new project, but when I went to create the mp4 file with the same settings I always use, it crashed. And now when I try and open the project it crashes instantly and now I have no apparent way of recovering my project. I just wasted half my sunday on this and I'm so peed off I am vowing never to use this or any other corel program again. I have used a few online "tips" from various sources including from Corel, but to no avail. Like seriously who creates substandard programs like this and get away with it. I am usually just creating funny videos for family and friends and are pretty simple. This one was a bit more comprehensive - a little over 10 mins long, PAL 25fps, nothing fancy. All that work just gone! What a crock! I just uninstalled - it's time to upgrade to something more professional that actually works. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE - it crashes all the time and support is pretty much non-existent - seems to be administered by Philippine staff and they are pretty much useless and read from scripts.

Corel is Garbage, Complete Crap, and TOTALLY WORTHLESS. i am an audio person with a DAW, and external interface. all my audio settings in my computer are set to my audio interface, with that referred also to applications....But Corel Is Oblivious, And Has NO Audio Preferences I Can direct To My Interface....I could scream into my microphone until my throat hurts, and my ears are ringing, i still don't exist.

Went to export video and got an error message saying it was only supported by Windows 7, 8, and 10 with no other information. I'm on Windows10. Why is paid software always worse than free software? lmao

Initially, I wanted an improved version of this where you don't have to be online to use it. When online, you can add effects that are ONLY usable for render or viewing - WHEN ONLINE. Time and again I've experienced "Frame ## unreadable" toward the end of a long rendering process. No educated explanation of why this happens or how to alleviate it. Hours have been spent inserting small transitions, clips and overlays, only to find it won't render. Hours spent checking clips, transitions and overlays for errors. I can't see purchasing anything COREL or its other brand name products again.

This is a nice feature. But I want to make a gif of an animated scene without deleting any of the hand drawn frames. So I need the frame rate of the GIF to be the same as the original video (23,9 in this case) Is there any way to use a custom fps (other than 5, 10 or 20)?

i find the software difficult to use its not intuitive and the tutorials arent easy to follow.its a shame as the software is capable of great things but not exactly user friendly

I prefered Animation Shop 3 it wasn't just a gif feature in a video editor. I already have Power Director 16. It doesn't make sense to me to get VideoStudio. Editing gifs using paintshops interface with all the power of the paintshop editor at your fingertips for a frame by frame edit makes a whole lot more sense. I look at this and I see a downgrade.

Review: I am looking for more places to leave negative reviews, please share locations where I can do that. The program maybe okay and all that, but they will infect your PC with their advertizing. I have tried to stop it but they make it impossible. It should be against the law for you to have to surrender your PC after you paid good money for this product. I upgraded VideoStudio on both computers. Not because they corrected the everlasting bugs (they didn't), but because i liked the new startup model and the colors around her.

I don't know why I edit video color, sharp ... and then render , it is very slow. It is slower 10-100 times than other software, even free software.
